OK in this section we will take you through the types of glass, styles of frames we use, how they work and what they do.

What they do:-

Our windows are usually fitted inside the home. Inside your window reveal, onto your existing window frame or onto our own fitted timber. They work so efficiently because be create a cavity between our glass and your original glass effectivly giving you double glazing but on a larger scale as the glass has a larger cavity between panes, shutting out sound by upto 80% and insulating your home by cutting out the draught and heat loss.

Sash counter balanced window

These are our most popular window they are a perfect solution to your draft and noise pollution problems with your existing sash windows insulating your home without replacing your windows. This window is fitted inside the home. They are hardly visable from the outside as our windows frame lines are made inline with the originals. Our window slides up and down giving you perfect access to your original window. Frame Depth 35mm Frame Width 30mm.

Sliding 2 and 3 pane window

This is also a popular window and again are a perfect solution to your draft and noise pollution problems insulating your home without replacing your existing windows. These windows are fitted inside the home. They are hardly visable from the outside again matching our frame lines inline with the originals. Our windows slide from side to side on a double track frame giving you perfect access to your original window. These panes can also easily be removed from their frame for cleaning. Frame Depth 30mm Frame Width 30mm.

Lift out window

Again a very popuar window as it is a slimest frame and the least visable from outside and inside, again are a perfect solution to your draft and noise pollution problems insulating your home without replacing your existing windows. These windows are a very simple slimline frame with one fixed pane of glass inside that can easily be removed by Lifting the glass up and out of the frame for cleaning. Hinged window

This style of window is also fitted inside the home and is also one of the least visable from outside and inside, again are a perfect solution to your draft and noise pollution problems insulating your home without replacing your existing windows. These windows are one complete unit which can be hinged either side opening into your home and away from your window giving you perfect access to your original window. Frame Depth 20mm Frame width 30mm.

Fixed window

This is one pane of glass inside a frame with holes in the frame for the window to be screwed through then the screws are covered with screw caps. These are ideal for protecting your original leaded windows or any other fixed window you have. Can be fitted inside or outside the home. Frame Depth 10mm Frame Width 15mm.
